  1. 2 Papers
  2. Cotton
  3. Glue
  4. Colours
  5. Decorations
Follow the steps

1. Paste the cotton on 1 paper like cloud.


2. Cut some water drops from the other paper and colour the drops with colours.


3. Paste the drops.


4. Do some decorations if you want.
